Check on your people. The friend who always shows up. The one who makes everyone laugh. The one who says, “I’m good,” and keeps it moving. A simple “How are you, really?” can mean more than you know.

Let’s choose grace. Let’s listen without judgment. Let’s remind the people we love that they are seen, they are needed, and they do not have to carry hard things alone.
